19 Deciding application
(1)
The Minister may decide to:
(a)
renew the geothermal exploration permit over all the blocks comprising the application area; or
(b)
renew the permit over some of the blocks comprising the application area; or
(c)
refuse to renew the permit.
(2)
The Minister may renew the permit under subsection (1)(a) or (b) only if the applicant has met the necessary criteria for the application.
