32 Grant of lease
(1)
The Minister must grant a geothermal production lease to an applicant for the grant if the applicant has met the necessary criteria for the application.
(2)
Also, the Minister may grant a lease to an applicant for the grant if:
(a)
the applicant has substantially met the necessary criteria for the application; and
(b)
the Minister is satisfied there are circumstances to justify the grant.
