43 General conditions
(1)
Obligations and restrictions specified under this Division are conditions of a geothermal authority that apply in addition to conditions included in the authority by the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may include the conditions in a geothermal authority that the Minister considers appropriate, including conditions requiring the geothermal authority holder to obtain the
Minister's approval before taking a particular action.
(3)
The conditions the Minister includes in a renewed geothermal authority may be different to the conditions included in the authority before renewal.
