99 Commencing proceedings
(1)
Proceedings for an offence against a provision of this Act must not be commenced more than 3 years after the occurrence of the alleged offence.
(2)
Proceedings for an offence against this Act may be commenced only with the written consent of the Minister.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not apply to proceedings commenced by the
Attorney-General or Director of Public Prosecutions.
