2 Repeal
(1)
The Guardianship of Infants Act 1887 of the State of South Australia ceases to have effect in the Northern Territory as a law of the Northern Territory.
(2)
Section 8 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901-1966, in its application to Ordinances by virtue of section 4 of the Interpretation Ordinance has effect as if the Guardianship of Infants Act 1887 of the State of South Australia were an Ordinance and had been repealed by this Act.
