Health Care Decision Making Act 2023

The following persons are parties to any proceeding before NTCAT under this Act:

the adult to whom the health care is to be administered or for whom the health care decision is to be made;

any person who commenced the proceeding;

any health care decision maker who is the subject of the proceeding;

any person whose selection as a health care decision maker is the subject of the proceeding.

The Public Guardian may intervene in any proceeding before NTCAT under this Act in which it is not a party.
