27 Measuring concentration of THC
(1)
For these Regulations, the concentration of THC in hemp must be measured as a percentage of the dry weight of the hemp.
(2)
Any sampling of hemp from a crop to determine the concentration of THC must be conducted in a manner and at a time that produces results that reflect the average THC concentration of the crop.
(3)
Any analysis under the Act to determine the concentration of THC in hemp must be conducted by a laboratory accredited by the National
Association of Testing Authorities.
