58 Council to notify Minister of assessment
(1)
If the Council receives a revocation request from the owner of a heritage place or object, the Council must give the Minister a copy of the request.
(2)
If the Council decides to assess whether the declaration for a heritage place or object should be revoked, the Council must give the
Minister its reasons for the decision.
