13 Application for approval to operate in Territory
(1)
The governing body of an overseas higher education institution may apply for the Minister's approval to enable the institution to operate in the Territory.
(2)
The application must:
(a)
be made to the Minister in writing; and
(b)
be accompanied by:
(i)
sufficient documents and information to enable the Minister to decide the application; and
(ii)
the fee prescribed by the Regulations.
