Part 5Accreditation of higher education courses offered by non-university providers
21 Application for accreditation
(1)
The governing body of a non-university provider may apply for accreditation of a higher education course proposed to be offered by the provider.
(2)
The application must:
(a)
be made to the Minister in writing; and
(b)
be accompanied by:
(i)
sufficient documents and information to enable the Minister to decide the application; and
(ii)
the fee prescribed by the Regulations.
