Part 6Provision of higher education courses to overseas students
31 Renewal of approval
(1)
The holder of an approval under section 28 may apply to the
Minister for its renewal.
(2)
The application must be made at least 6 months before the day the approval ends.
(3)
Sections 27 to 30 (inclusive) apply (with the necessary changes) in relation to the application as if it were an application for an approval.
(4)
In addition, for deciding the application, the Minister may examine the operation of the higher education institution in the
Territory.
