60 Delegation
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, delegate to a person any of the
Minister's powers or functions under this Act.
(2)
However, the Minister may delegate a power or function only to a person the Minister is satisfied has the appropriate qualifications or experience to exercise the power or perform the function.
