Housing Act 1982

Each of the following decisions is an original decision:

(a) a decision of an authorised officer or a police officer under section 28E(2) directing a person not to engage, or to stop engaging in, specified conduct on public housing premises;

(b) a decision of an authorised officer or a police officer under section 28E(3) directing a person to leave public housing premises immediately and not to enter all or part of those premises for a specified period;

(c) a decision of a police officer under section 28G(2) or (3) to seize an article or container;
