Internal review of authorised officers

(1)

The CEO must establish a system of administrative review for dealing effectively with complaints about the conduct of authorised officers.

Note for subsection (1)

Part 7 of the Ombudsman Act

2009 provides for complaints in relation to the conduct of police officers.

(2)

The procedures for making a complaint, and the procedures on review, must be published on the Agency's website.

(3)

This section does not limit a person's right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman under the Ombudsman Act 2009.
