36D Security cameras or surveillance devices
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person engages in conduct that results in damage to, or interference with, a security camera or a surveillance device on public housing premises.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2)
It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) if the defendant establishes a reasonable excuse for engaging in the conduct.
