48 Definitions
In this Part:
commencement day means the day on which the Housing
Amendment Act (No. 2) 2005 commences.
repealed Housing (Concessional Loans) Regulations means the Housing (Concessional Loans) Regulations 2004 as in force immediately before the commencement day.
repealed Housing Loans Regulations means the Housing
Loans Regulations 2004 as in force immediately before the commencement day.
