7 Constitution of Chief Executive Officer (Housing)
The Chief Executive Officer (Housing) is constituted by the Chief
Executive Officer, as defined in section 3 of the Public Sector
Employment and Management Act 1993, of the Agency responsible under the Minister for the administration of this Act.
