27 Information, documents or other items to be provided with referral
(1)
The ICAC may provide or disclose to a referral entity any information the ICAC has in relation to a matter referred, or that may be referred, to the entity.
(2)
The ICAC is under no obligation to disclose to the referral entity the original source of any information.
(3)
The ICAC may provide to a referral entity any documents or other items the ICAC has in relation to a matter referred, or that may be referred, to the entity.
