75 Persons assisting authorised officers
(1)
An authorised officer entering premises under this Part may be accompanied and assisted by another person.
(2)
A person assisting the authorised officer may do anything required by the authorised officer that is within the scope of the authorised officer's powers.
(3)
Anything done lawfully by a person assisting the authorised officer is taken for all purposes to be done by the authorised officer.
