32 Staff
(1) The staff of the Inspector consists of:
(a) persons employed in an Agency made available by the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency under an arrangement with the Inspector; and
(b) persons engaged by the
Inspector as consultants.
(2) In exercising powers and performing functions under this Act or any other Act, a member of
Inspector staff is subject only to the direction of the Inspector or another member of Inspector staff.
