55 Disapplication of section 52 of Surveillance Devices Act 2007
Section 52 of the Surveillance
Devices Act 2007 does not apply to the use, communication or publication of protected information within the meaning of that Act in relation to the exercise of the Inspector's powers and performance of the Inspector's functions under this Part.
