42 Preliminary examination of complaint
(1)
The Judicial Commission must conduct a preliminary examination of a complaint as efficiently and expeditiously as possible.
(2)
The Judicial Commission may initiate the inquiries into the subject matter of the complaint that the Commission considers appropriate.
(3)
The preliminary examination and any inquiries made by the
Judicial Commission must, as far as practicable, be in private.
