61 Removal of Supreme Court Judge from office
A Supreme Court Judge may be removed from office under section 40(1) or (2) of the Supreme Court Act 1979 only if:
(a)
a report from an investigation panel is received by the
Administrator under section 57(2); and
(b)
the investigation panel states in the report its opinion that the matter could justify the Judge's removal from office on the ground of proved misbehaviour or incapacity.
