65 Legal representation
(1)
A judicial officer or ordinary member of NTCAT who is the subject of a complaint is entitled to appear and to be represented by a legal practitioner during proceedings under this Act.
(2)
A person summoned to attend or who appears as a witness in proceedings under this Act may be represented by a legal practitioner.
(3)
In circumstances other than those referred to in subsection (1) or (2), a person may participate in proceedings under this Act, and be represented by a legal practitioner, only with the consent of the Judicial Commission or an investigation panel.
