7 Composition of Judicial Commission
(1)
The Judicial Commission consists of the following members:
(a)
the Chief Justice;
(b)
the Chief Judge;
(c)
the President of NTCAT;
(d) the President of the Council of the Law Society Northern Territory;
(e) at least one but not more than 2 community members appointed under section 8.
(2)
The Chief Justice is the chairperson of the Judicial Commission.
