36 Correction of mistakes of name or description

The Sheriff, on showing to the satisfaction of a Judge or an

Associate Judge that an error has been made in the name or description of a juror and that there is no question as to the identity of the person may, by leave of the Judge or the Associate

Judge, as the case may be, in writing, cause the error to be corrected and the person to be thereafter summoned by his right name and description.
