28A Director determines price of kava
(1)
Subject to this Part, the Director determines the price of kava.
(2)
The Director must, in writing, determine:
(a)
the price for which kava is supplied by wholesale licensees; and
(b)
the price for which kava is supplied by retail licensees.
(3) The Director may determine different prices to apply in different licence areas.
