67 Director may vary conditions
The Director may:
(a)
on the Director's own motion if the Director considers it is necessary or desirable to do so; or
(b)
on the application by a licensee in an approved form lodged with the Director;
by notice in writing served on the licensee, vary the conditions of a licence.
