Director may give directions

In force

Where a licensee:

(a)

contravenes or fails to comply with a condition of his or her licence; or

(b)

has contravened or failed to comply with this Act or another law in force in the Territory relating to the cultivation, manufacture, production, supply or possession of kava,

the Director may, by notice in writing, direct the licensee to:

(c)

take, within the time specified in the notice, an action to rectify or minimise the effects of the licensee's contravention or failure; or

(d)

refrain from taking an action in relation to the contravention or failure.
