Documents to be transmitted to Tribunal

A person who refers a matter to the Tribunal under this Division shall transmit to the Tribunal a copy of:

(a)

the notice of acquisition;

(b) any offer under section 50(1) (including any further offer referred to in section 70(b)); and

(c)

any notice of dispute.
