80 Payment into Tribunal
(1)
The Minister may, at any time, pay the amount of compensation or damages which he considers to be the appropriate amount of compensation or damages to which a claimant for compensation is entitled under this Act into the Tribunal.
(2)
An amount paid into the Tribunal under subsection (1) may be paid out in accordance with an order of the Tribunal.
