Lands Acquisition (Pastoral Leases) Act 1982

The notices published in Gazette No. S4 on 24 March 1982 shall, for all purposes, be taken to be, and to have always been, notices duly published under and in accordance with section 43 of the Lands Acquisition Act 1978 and shall, for all purposes, be taken to have, and to have always had, effect, to the fullest extent to which they are capable of having effect, in relation to the land respectively specified in each of them, and all things done or required by or under that Act to be done, in relation to the acquisition by the Territory of that land, before the publication of those notices in the Gazette, shall be deemed to have been done in accordance with that Act.
