38 Function of Review Committee
(1)
The function of a Review Committee is to review decisions referred to the Committee under section 35(3).
(2)
In making a decision on a matter referred to it, a Review
Committee shall have regard to the amount of funds available to the
Commission for the provision of legal assistance, the nature and extent of legal assistance that has been provided from those funds and the nature and extent of the legal assistance that the Commission is likely to be required to provide in the future.
