44 Establishment of Contingency Legal Aid Fund
(1)
There is established by this section a fund to be known as the
Contingency Legal Aid Fund.
(2)
The Contingency Legal Aid Fund shall consist of money paid or lent to it by any person.
(3)
The Contingency Legal Aid Fund shall be controlled and administered by the Commission.
