56 Liabilities of Commission
(1)
The Commission has the same liability for acts or omissions by an officer in the course of the performance of the officer's duties as a master has for acts or omissions of his or her servants.
(2)
A member of the Commission, of a Legal Aid Committee or of a
Review Committee is not liable for any act or omission of the member, of the Commission, or of the Committee of which he or she is a member, if the act was done, or the omission occurred, in good faith in the performance of a function under this Act.
