451 Regulations relating to managed investment schemes
Without limiting section 460, the regulations may include provisions for the following:
(a)
ensuring the operation of a managed investment scheme by a responsible entity is kept separate from a legal practitioner's practice;
(b)
ensuring clients of a legal practitioner are aware that the operation of such a managed investment scheme does not form part of the practitioner's practice.
