627 Application of Part
(1) This Part applies to the following investigations and audits conducted in relation to incorporated legal practices:
(a)
trust account investigations;
(b)
complaint investigations;
(c)
ILP compliance audits.
(2)
This Part is additional to the other provisions of this Chapter.
