659 Establishment
(1) There is established the Legal Practitioners Funds Management Committee.
(2)
The Funds Management Committee:
(a)
is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b)
has a common seal; and
(c) is capable, in its corporate name, of acquiring, holding and disposing of real and personal property; and
(d)
is capable, in its corporate name, of suing and being sued.
