705 Payment of fines
(1)
On payment of a fine imposed under this Act by the Law Society or Disciplinary Tribunal, the Society or Tribunal must pay the amount of the fine to the Funds Management Committee.
(2)
The Committee must pay the amount of the fine into the Fidelity
Fund.
