718 Incorporated legal practices
(1)
An incorporated legal practice providing legal services under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement date is not required to comply with section 122.
(2)
Section 130 does not apply in relation to any matter for which services are first provided before the commencement of that section.
(3)
A disqualification imposed under section 35AZE of the repealed
Act is taken to have been imposed under section 140.
