732 Return of statutory deposits
(1)
This section applies if, on the commencement date, the Legal
Practitioners' Trust Committee holds an amount on deposit under Part
VII, Division 7, of the repealed Act for a legal practitioner.
(2)
The Committee must pay the amount to the legal practitioner before the payment date.
(3)
However, if the amount or part of it is repaid under the former trust account provisions, subsection (2) applies only in relation to the amount held by the Committee.
