22 Unauthorised disclosure of evidence
A person shall not, without the authority of the Assembly or a committee, publish or disclose:
a document which has been prepared for the purpose of submission, and submitted, to the Assembly or a committee and has been directed by the Assembly or the committee to be treated as evidence taken in camera or the publication of which has not been authorised by the
Assembly or the committee; or
any oral evidence taken by the Assembly or a committee in camera, or a report of any such oral evidence,
unless the Assembly or committee has published, or authorised the publication of, the oral evidence.
Maximum penalty: In the case of a natural person, 40 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months
In the case of a corporation, 215 penalty units.
