33 Action for breach of trust
An action in respect of a breach of trust is not maintainable after the expiration of:
(a)
a limitation period of 3 years from the date when the person entitled to bring the action first became so entitled; or
(b)
the limitation period for the bringing of the action fixed by or under any other provision of this Act,
whichever is the only or later to expire.
