17 Constitution of Commission
For dealing with a matter, the Commission is constituted by:
(a)
a presiding member (who must be either the Chairperson or the
Deputy Chairperson); and
(b)
at least 2 other members (of whom at least one must have health expertise) selected by the Chairperson.
