38 Annual report
(1)
The Commission must at the end of each financial year report to the Minister on its operations during that year under each Act that confers powers or imposes functions on it.
(2)
The Commission must give the report to the Minister within
3 months after the end of the financial year.
(3)
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative
Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
