6 Powers and functions of Commission
(1)
The Commission has the functions imposed on it under this Act or the Liquor Act 2019, and must do any other thing that is necessary or convenient to be done for the proper performance of those functions.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the Commission's functions include making decisions on all matters referred to it under the
Liquor Act 2019.
(3)
The Commission has the power to do all things that are necessary or convenient to be done for, or incidental to, the performance of its functions.
