28 Sporting event authority operating conditions
(1)
Liquor must not be sold for consumption off the premises where the sporting event is conducted.
(2)
A reasonable range of non-alcoholic beverages must be available to patrons during the hours of operation.
(3)
Complimentary tap water must be available to patrons during the hours of operation.
