54 Grocery store authority operating conditions
(1)
Wine must not be sold in in a cask or box larger than 2 L.
(2) Despite subregulation (1), wine (other than fortified wine) may be sold to a licensee in a cask not larger than 10 L.
Note for subregulation (2)
Green ginger wine is considered a fortified wine.
