86 Small bar authority operating conditions
The capacity of the licensed premises for a small bar authority cannot exceed 100 persons.
A light meal must be available for purchase by patrons during the hours of operation.
A reasonable range of non-alcoholic beverages must be available for purchase by patrons during the hours of operation.
Complimentary tap water must be available to patrons during the hours of operation.
Although liquor must not be consumed off the licensed premises, it is not a breach of this authority if a patron takes away the unconsumed portion of wine left in a bottle purchased with the meal.
No entertainment that is sexually explicit is allowed to be shown or performed on the licensed premises.
No entertainment that involves fighting is allowed to be performed on the licensed premises.
