98 Takeaway authority in conjunction with club authority
(1)
Despite any other regulation in this Division, the conditions in this regulation apply in relation to a takeaway authority issued to a licensee in conjunction with a club authority.
(2)
The sale, service or supply of liquor is prohibited on Good
Friday and Christmas Day.
(3)
The licensee must ensure that no liquor is sold, served or supplied for consumption off the licensed premises except to members of the club.
(4)
All advertising and marketing material in relation to the licensed premises must make it clear that liquor is only available to members of the club.
